Training is a never-ending process.  There's new stuff, refreshers, error correcting that constantly need our attention.  As the Region Ten Assistant to the Director for Training it is my task not only to help new members learn the basics for becoming regular members in MARS, but also to help those who have been around a while to stay on track.  We are all human.  It's easy to fall into bad habits, forget a proper procedure, etc.

One way I try to help is with training tips.  These are short blurbs on various topics aimed at helping members stay on track.  Each week a different training tip is used.  Monday thru Friday of that week it will be read on the various traffic nets, time permitting.  Periodically a new batch of training tips will be sent out.  The current batch of training tips can be found here.  Just click on "AS0 Four' Training Tips, Most recent set" from the list below.

There is also a great deal of training information on the National web site.
